Consultation & Property Visit
Scott walks the property in person and gives you his honest read right there — what to update, what to skip, what needs to be packed, staged, or refreshed to maximize the home's appeal and value. You leave the walk-through with a clear picture.
A full written quote offering our help on everything the home needs to be listing-ready follows within 48 hours.
Larger renovation scopes may require additional time for contractor bids and quotes.

You decide what you want done
Review the quote and choose what you want to move forward with — all of it, part of it, or just the consultation. No pressure either way. Once you've decided, you'll sign a simple agreement, submit a deposit, and we get to work. Scheduling and design begin immediately.
